The tour departs at 8.30am from the client’s accommodation. Visit to Frascati and Grottaferrata, with its Basilian Abbey of Saint Nilus, then we take you to Albano. We have lunch in a typical restaurant with local dishes and produce, followed by a visit to a winery for a wine tasting. You may also choose to participate in a cookery course* of about 3 hours, during which our guests can learn the basic techniques and original recipes of the local cuisine (*to be quoted separately). Then we return you to your accommodation in Rome, during the evening.
